First you have to find a rental company, put down a security deposit, pick it up, bring it home, set it up, learn how to use it, deal with inferior product, miss half your party, hope you don't break the equipment, clean it up, then drive it back to the the rental company.

example: Split between Flavors That Rock and your organization or a % of sales.

For the majority of events Flavors That Rock will send 1 person and they will be responsible to run the ice shaver. Cotton candy and popcorn will be made prior to the event and brought in convenient bags or containers for your guests to eat then or take home.

We will run the popcorn and cotton candy at larger events, but will still have items ready so no lines will form and your patrons will be happy.

Remember, this is all done by contract and prior to the event all the specific requests, flavors and quantities will be calculated prior to the event to alleviate any problems the day of the event.
